Treated us Like Family

We are so thankful we found Attic Renew (through American Metal Roofing), and Mark Clements. From the moment Mark came into our home we felt relieved. We had already had 4 other estimates, all of them introduced themselves, then asked where the attic was. Mark was different from the beginning. He introduced himself, sat with us, asked extensive questions about our situation, and then ran a series of tests. We didn't just need to know we had mold-- we already knew that. We needed a lasting solution. That's what Mark was offering us, as a ventilation expert! The competition stayed for about 20 minutes. Mark was here as long as he needed to be, which in our (somewhat complicated situation) was three hours. It was a true gift. Then when we had more questions the next day we called him, and he settled every question we had and encouraged us to call again. Then, later on in the process, when we ran into a roadblock with the slope of our roof (cathedral ceilings with no access to place baffles). Mark came back personally, suited up, and went into the attic himself (for a second time) to find another solution. Attic Renew not only had the best price we were offered, they were by far the most professional, and then helped us solve the problem from start to finish.
