Serious ice dam and leak solved after 10 years

Mark Clements is our hero today. We have had multiple people out to solve our dilemma over the past 10 years, but Mark finally did it. We had repeated leaking into our home that was always worse when ice dams formed. Mark studied the situation carefully. He is knowledgeable and methodical and cares. He involves others in his research which really helped solve our issue. We replaced a flat roof that housed a deck-he knew it outlived its usefulness, he suggested attic ventilation and added a way to melt ice to prevent dams He even met with a gutter guy to help divert water from pooling onto the upper deck. This was beyond his responsibilities. In a world where it is difficult to find trustworthy, knowledgeable help this man is a gem, a committed problem solver. Who knew a company called American Metal Roofs did so much more? Why we know this will work is that the problem was attacked in a way no other company suggested.
