American Metal Roofs held our 2016 Sales Convention & Awards Presentation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico last week. The sales team and their spouses were invited to attend this annual celebration. Awards were issued to those Salesperson who performed at the highest levels in 2015.
Everyone was excited to be in Mexico for the celebration. Our annual sales convention and awards banquet gives us an opportunity to recognize the dedication and hard work of many of our top salespeople. These special individuals and their families who support them, are greatly appreciated.
Mike Swita of Metal Roof Systems in Madison Wisconsin took home the top honor as the 2015 top producer. His sales neared the 1.5 million dollar mark. Other “Sales Volume Achievement” awards were given to Bill Susewitz, Bryan Doyle, and John Hotter who each eclipsed the 1 million dollar plateau. Susewitz also claimed a Self-Generated Achievement, as did Michael Griffin. The Self-Generated Achievement is awarded for outstanding sales from self-generated leads.
The Rookie of the Year honor went to Matt Farmer who sold close to three quarters of a million dollars in his first year. The Presidential Award went to Bryan Doyle.
Dealers represented at this year’s convention included American Metal Roofs of Michigan, American Metal Roofs of Northern Wisconsin, Metal Roofing Systems from Madison, Wisconsin and McCarthy Metal Roofs from Raleigh, North Carolina.
