Centurion Standing Seam provides a clean, contemporary look. Unlike many Standing Seam products which are scaled for commercial applications a Centurion Standing Seam roof is scaled for residential use.

Centurion Standing Seam can be manufactured from heavy-duty rust-free .032" aluminum alloy, steel or copper. The panels are installed using all concealed fasteners so there's no need for rubber-grommet screws or nails. This panel can be installed on minimum pitches of 2/12 or greater.

The clips and screws ensure secure attachment while allowing the panel to expand and contract. Allowing the panel to move minimizes the possibility of fasteners working lose that plagues so many flat panel applications.

Because of the snow shedding capabilities, Standing Seam is a favorite in heavy snow areas. Caution should be used if the building being roofed has valleys, as the snow will accumulate in the valleys held by the ridge of the standing seam. In these cases a snow country roof which allows the snow to slide over a flat panel is preferred. See Snow Country Roofs.

Centurion Standing Seams can be coated with HI-R heat reflective paint, which helps to create a cooler, more energy-efficient home due to the special reflective pigments embedded in the finish. The complex chemical structure of these pigments reflects away the infrared portion of the sun's rays most responsible for heat buildup. So, while maintaining color consistency and fade protection, HI-R Heat Barrier Technology provides all the advantages of greater reflectance, without sacrificing color choices.
